Job Title

Are you passionate about creating a great place to work? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Officer to support our operational teams – driving engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement across our core people processes.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees alike, ensuring they’re supported, informed, and empowered. You’ll play a key role in delivering initiatives that make a real difference to the employee experience, from engagement forums and action planning to supporting people projects and HR systems rollouts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engagement & Culture: Support Great Place to Work initiatives, cascade survey results, facilitate listening sessions, and coordinate action plans that drive meaningful change.
  • People Planning: Work closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partner, and site leadership teams to create and deliver People Plans, tracking progress and celebrating success.
  • Employee Relations: Provide triage-level ER support and guidance to managers, ensuring compliance with policies and timely resolution of issues.
  • Operational Support: Partner with managers on people-related initiatives such as digital transformation projects, process improvements, and training rollouts.
  • Learning & Development: Help drive mandatory training completion, support capability development, and promote continuous learning.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Prepare people metrics, reports, and board-level slides, bringing insight and commentary to support informed decision-making.

About You

You’ll be an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, agile environment. You’re confident building relationships at all levels, balancing day-to-day support with longer-term projects. You will bring:

  • At least 12 months HR experience in an operational or generalist role.
  • Good understanding of employee relations, engagement, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with great attention to detail.
  • Confidence with HR systems and data reporting.
  • Desire to develop further within the HR space.
