HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a successful People Operations team and deliver an exceptional global HR service.

You will oversee People Operations, optimise our HR system (HiBob), improve processes and ensure compliance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and upskill the People Operations team.
  • Ensure HR systems, processes and documentation are efficient, agile and fit for purpose.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance the employee experience.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and senior leaders.
  • Oversee compliance with employment law, immigration requirements and industry regulations, including SMCR.
  • Use people data and insights to improve HR services and decision-making.

  • Significant experience in global HR Operations or HR Shared Services, including at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing and optimising HiBob.
  • Knowledge of employment law, SMCR and immigration compliance across multiple geographies.
  • A pragmatic, commercial approach to improving HR processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
