Location: Flexible – hybrid working arrangement
Salary: £31,947 to £34,957 (London) / £29,049 to £31,754 per annum (National)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027

We’re seeking a HR Operations Administrator to join our team in Norwich, you’ll be an integral part of the HR Operations Team and responsible for delivering an adaptive, timely and compliant advice and query resolution service across the full employee lifecycle.
- Collaborating with leaders, managers and colleagues across all functions
- Working closely with the HR Advisory Team and HR Business Partners
- Providing outstanding first line support to leaders
- Reinforcing the values and behaviours of Clarion
- Supporting ongoing investment in our people
- Delivering exceptional outcomes to our communities

The ideal candidate will have:
- Considerable experience of handling varied HR related queries and disseminating information and guidance
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification – or relevant experience in a similar role

This is a hybrid role, you'll split your time between working from home and the office, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
