Role: HR Operations Advisor
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £50k
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Advisor to join a highly regarded investment management firm in Central London. We are looking for a proactive HR professional with at least 3-4 years' experience to join this collaborative team. This is a broad generalist role with a strong operational focus, supporting the full employee lifecycle while driving an exceptional employee experience.
You will be based in the office four days per week with one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role where you will play a key role in supporting the HR function across all areas, with responsibilities including:
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries.
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including joiners, movers and leavers.
- Recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging interviews, collating feedback and managing background checks.
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation.
- Coordinating inductions, probation reviews, training, benefits and pension administration.
- Assisting with employee share schemes.
- Supporting on payroll administration.
- Producing HR reports and management information.
- Assisting with performance management processes.
- Coordinating the internship programme.
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and AI.

Who you are
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a broad range of HR operations. We are looking for:
- A minimum of 3+ years' HR operations/generalist experience.
- Previous experience within investment management, asset management, or banking.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong HRIS knowledge and previous payroll administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and the confidence to hit the ground running.
- An interest in AI and how technology can improve HR processes.
