A leading Financial Services firm, highly regarded within the City of London.
The Role
The HR Operations Analyst will act as a key member of the HR team within this top Financial Services firm with UK Headcount of 200-250 people.
Sitting within an experienced HR team the HR Operations Analyst will play an important role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
The HR Operations Analyst will be first point of contact for employees, line managers, candidates, and external partners, this role combines operational excellence, data-driven insights, and exceptional stakeholder management to support business success.
The HR Operations Analyst will provide efficient delivery of HR operations, employee benefits, regulatory processes, and workforce reporting.
Responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems. Coordinate payroll changes and collaborate with the central payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing.

The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for the HR Data, Reporting & Governance. Produce and analyse workforce management information, including headcount, training and competence, risk, and performance review reporting for senior leadership. Manage regulatory screening and re-screening programmes in line with SMCR requirements.
The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for New Joiner Onboarding & Recruitment Experience. Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires and contractors. Coordinate background screening and pre-employment checks. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and engaging transition into the business.
Similarly this role will take responsibility for Employee Offboarding & Employee Transitions, including resignation documentation, exit interviews, and leaver processes.
The HR Operations Analyst will manage benefits reporting and support the annual benefits renewal process with external providers. Take ownership of the administration and communication of employee benefit programmes.

The Candidate
2-3 years experience in HR Operations / HR Support / HR Coordination / People Operations is required within a Financial Services, Professional Services or Regulated setting.
Must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and ideally a knowledge of SMCR processes.
Confidence working with HR Data and systems. Must be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Workday knowledge would be beneficial
Accuracy and Attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities, whilst handling sensitive information and meeting deadlines.
A continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for operational efficiency.
