About the Role
We are looking for an organised and driven new addition to our team to be the first point of contact for the department and ensure smooth running of the HR life cycle. You will work closely with the HR Operations function as well as the wider HR team on our day-to-day business objectives and exciting upcoming initiatives. This role will suit someone who is looking to begin their HR journey and has a keen interest and passion for supporting the business and its people.

This role reports to the HR Operations Manager.
Main Accountabilities
- Administer Employee Lifecycle transactions which include New Starters, Change of Terms and Leaver processes.
- Support the implementation of new HRIS system (SAP). Duties to include; data transfer and renaming of historic documents, archiving and data cleansing of employee files. Ad hoc tasks requested by the SAP project lead or HR Operations Manager.
- Undertake all required pre-employment checks, updating and discussing with line manager and HR Advisor as appropriate.
- Writing and preparing all HR/ER Letters.
- Support management and the Talent Partner with the induction process for their new starters.
- Writing and preparing all contracts, offer letters, change to terms and leaver letters ensuring information is accurate, well communicated and saved on employee files (covering full employee lifecycle).
- Maintain and update electronic personnel records and systems containing all employment-related information.
- Keying all employee lifecycle transactions into our HRIS.
- Ensuring all lifecycle transactions are on the Payroll Submission ready for Payroll and Benefits providers for processing.
- Administer various employee benefits such as Healthcare, Cycle to Work scheme, Discounted (76) Cab account etc.
- Prepare, as required, management reports on employee-related data to assist with the management and development of staff.
- Provide administration support to the recruitment process when required.
- Manage and respond to general queries in the HR inbox from managers and employees, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team including note taking at investigations or formal meetings, if required.
- Assist the HR Advisors in any VISA processes as required.
- Carry out contractor checks and draft agreements liaising with managers to ensure they are within IR35.
- Work with HR Operations Manager on any requested audits from the rest of the business ensuring we are compliant and have what is required.
- Drive and co-ordinate ad hoc HR projects.
- Any other duties as requested by HR Operations Manager.

- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- SAP experience desirable but not essential.
