The Bincom Global volunteer programme provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to HR and administrative processes within a modern tech environment.
What you’ll do
As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the team in keeping operations organised and running smoothly while learning how HR and admin functions work in practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining digital records and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
- Scheduling virtual meetings and supporting daily administrative tasks
- Responding to internal enquiries and assisting with staff communication
- Supporting the preparation of reports, documents, and internal materials
- Helping teams stay organised by improving coordination and follow-ups

- Location: Remote
- Duration: 6 months
