HR Operations Assistant (FTC 12 Months)
Professional Services, Hybrid Working, Bristol
We’re recruiting on behalf of a professional services organisation in Bristol who are seeking an HR Operations Assistant to join their HR shared services team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, shared services environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Preparing HR documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Managing HR system updates and ensuring data accuracy.
- Supporting absence management, family leave, and flexible working processes.
- Handling HR queries and providing first-line HR support.
- Working closely with Payroll and wider HR teams to deliver an efficient HR service.

- Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administration role.
- Experience within a professional services environment.
- Exposure to a shared services HR model.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident using HR systems and handling confidential information.
