HR Operations Associate | London
Join a leading global financial services organisation as an HR Operations Associate and play a key role in delivering a first-class employee experience across an international workforce.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused HR professional looking to build on their HR Operations experience within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner and wider HR team, you will support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate pre-employment screening
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data
- Support monthly payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinate immigration and relocation processes
- Assist with probation reviews, references and employee queries
- Support HR audits and regulatory requirements
- Schedule meetings, training sessions and HR activities
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

About You
- Previous experience within HR Administration or HR Operations
- Financial services experience is desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions focused
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
