Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Time Management Process Owner to lead on our workforce time management ecosystem. In this role, you'll take full end-to-end ownership of global and local time management processes, ensuring seamless integration from time recording systems directly into payroll. The system landscape includes major systems like SAP, PEP, Dayforce, and WorkforcePlus and the role will serve as a bridge between HR Operations and HRIT as well as operational departments in Sales and Logistics. In this role you'll drive quality assurance for all system and process updates while maintaining strict co-responsibility for GDPR compliance and global data protection standards.

At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. Spend three days or more in our state-of-the-art office, where you can enjoy an on-site gym, restaurant, and more of the perks you deserve. And with up to two days at home, you’ll find the work/life balance you need to thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
