HR Coordinator – EMEA & APAC

Location and Terms

London | Hybrid working: three days per week in the office

About the role

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused HR Coordinator to help deliver an excellent employee experience across EMEA and APAC. This role is well suited to someone with proven experience in HR coordination, operations, or shared services team who is ready to broaden their international exposure, take ownership of core processes, and build their HR knowledge.

You’ll join a collaborative HR team and work with employees, managers, benefit partners, and other stakeholders across the employee lifecycle. We value curiosity, care, and diverse perspectives, and we welcome applications from individuals who are eager to apply their critical thinking skills, take initiative, and make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll do

  • Be an approachable first point of contact for day-to-day HR Operations queries across EMEA and APAC.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and induction, helping every new joiner feel informed, welcomed, and set up for success.
  • Support key employee lifecycle processes, including employee changes, parental leave, mobility, offboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrolments, leaver updates, invoice processing, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Respond to benefit queries and build effective relationships with benefit providers, brokers, and the Senior Benefits Manager.
  • Support the annual benefits renewal process.
  • Coordinate UK visa administration, including document tracking, filing, and invoice processing, working with relevant advisers and stakeholders as needed.
  • Support global mobility requests and help employees navigate the process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Spot opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve the employee experience.
  • Contribute to HR projects that promote innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
