HR & Operations Executive

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive HR & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day people and operational activities across Autify Digital and Emrise Digital.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle processes, compliance administration and general business operations. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you'll help make sure our people processes, records, systems and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You'll be a key point of support for employees and managers, coordinate routine HR processes and provide practical administrative support across both businesses. You'll also get involved in recruitment, onboarding, company events, office requirements and wider business projects.

We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, comfortable taking ownership of their workload and enjoys getting things done. Attention to detail is particularly important, along with the ability to juggle different priorities and work confidently across two busy businesses.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews and offboarding.
  • Prepare contracts, letters and routine HR documentation.
  • Manage holiday, absence and other employee records.
  • Support payroll preparation and provide accurate monthly information.
  • Respond to routine employee HR queries, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support with employee relations and performance processes.
  • Support the review and maintenance of company policies and HR documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
