Robert Walters is partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit an HR Operations Manager based in the City of London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of a growing business. You'll oversee HR operations, systems, reporting, compliance and the employee lifecycle, whilst leading a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement across the function.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR Operations team
- Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR processes
- Manage HR systems, HR data and reporting
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Oversee recruitment operations, benefits and compliance
- Support employee relations and policy implementation
- Deliver people analytics and insights to support business decisions
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance the employee experience

About you:
- Strong HR Operations experience with people management responsibility
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
- Experience managing HRIS platforms and HR reporting
- Proven track record of improving processes and driving change
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
