HR Operations Specialist (6-Month Temporary Contract)
Contract: 6-month temporary contract
Day Rate: Equivalent to £50,000 annual salary inside IR35
Location: West London
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office
Start Date: ASAP
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading global media organisation on an initial 6-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to specialise within HR Operations, rather than a generalist HR role.
Reporting into the HR Operations Director, you'll act as the first point of contact for employees and managers across a diverse EMEA population of approximately 250 employees. You'll support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless HR service while partnering closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Centres of Excellence.

The remit covers Finland, Norway, Germany, Israel, Slovakia, and the Netherlands, making previous EMEA and Nordic HR Operations experience highly desirable. You'll be responsible for onboarding, contractual changes, HR data management, responding to employee queries, offboarding, and driving continuous improvements across HR processes while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
