About the Role
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team and support the day-to-day delivery of HR across our international business.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things work well, keeping people and processes organised, and being a friendly and reliable point of contact for employees.
You will take ownership of a range of recurring HR operational activities, including employee documentation and lifecycle administration, HR systems and records, benefits administration and employee travel support. You will also support employee engagement initiatives and, when required, recruitment activities.
We are looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a genuinely warm and approachable communication style. You'll regularly interact with employees, managers and external providers across different locations, so being comfortable working with people is just as important as being comfortable working with processes.
If you enjoy a broad HR role where you can take ownership, solve practical problems and see things through from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
