Are you an experienced HR Professional looking to join a growing company? We are looking to grow our HR team and as a result are looking for experienced HR professionals. Whether you join us as a HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner or Senior HR Lead role, you will be passionate about people and able to demonstrate you can support day to day HR activities as well as support or perhaps even take a lead role in shaping our People Strategy.
Our site based HR positions are hands on, you will be a key and visible member of the site team supporting organisational effectiveness, growing and developing our internal talent, supporting employee engagement and support change management activities across the site.
You and your role:
Business Partnering & HR Support
- Build effective working relationships with managers and key stakeholders to provide HR advice and support.
- Support the delivery of people initiatives that align with business and operational objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Support managers in addressing people-related challenges and finding practical solutions.
- Ensure HR advice and decisions are communicated clearly, consistently, and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Relations & People Management
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance issues.
- Promote fair and consistent people management practices across the business.
- Support the resolution of workplace issues while balancing employee and business needs.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.

- Support talent management, succession planning, and workforce development activities.
- Identify development needs and contribute to learning and development initiatives.
- Assist managers in driving performance through effective goal setting, coaching, and performance management processes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities as required.
Organisational Change & Continuous Improvement
- Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, and business transformation activities.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes, policies, and ways of working.
- Help assess the people impact of business changes and identify associated risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Analyse and interpret people data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Monitor key people metrics, including absence, turnover, engagement, recruitment, and performance.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expectations effectively, ensuring commitments, timelines, and outcomes are realistic and achievable.
- Communicate HR processes, frameworks, and decisions clearly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver positive business and people outcomes.
Your skills & Experience:
- Ideally you will have or be working towards a CIPD qualification (Level 3, 5 or 7) or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in an HR role within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and organisational change activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at a range of organisational levels.
- Experience using HR systems and producing people-related reports.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support recommendations and decision-making.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

This would be an onsite based role in the Northamptonshire area.
