HR Ops Partner

The HR Ops Partner will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining HR operations at POP MART Hong Kong, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to support our growing workforce.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant platforms.
  • Process payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management, collaborating with finance and external vendors as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of various HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations in the UK to ensure compliance.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a retail or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Workday, ADP, or similar is a plus).
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken) is required; Mandarin is a plus.
