HR Optimisation Manager
£500-£550 per day

Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days a week)
We're working with a global brand to bring in a HR Optimisation Manager to enhance their EMEA People & Culture function. This is an initial 8 week contract as they recruit for the permanent position.
What You'll Own:
- Right-hand to the EMEA CPO, turning strategy into a roadmap, and the roadmap into results
- Driving process enhancement across all areas of the HR function
- Utilising and implementing efficient AI tools to increase productivity across teams
- Driving the P&C EMEA operating model and its continuous improvement agenda
- Running key P&C projects start to finish: scope, timeline, stakeholders, outcomes
- Building the dashboards and data stories that show the wider people function is supporting the business
