  • Manage the Works council, employee representation bodies, union consultation, and any other local statutory HR consultation process.
  • Own and support with some ER Case management where local know-how, language, and process are required.
  • Service as a connection point to COEs to customize solutions and programs, as needed, to meet business needs.
  • Act as project lead for delivery of recurring HR services and core process (e.g., P&C process, Goal setting).
  • Deliver expert coaching and consulting to senior management and employees to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Build manager capability through coaching and facilitation of various training programs to build capability across client groups/regions.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on HR & talent programs: merit, performance review, performance improvement, talent planning, talent development, succession planning, etc.
  • Ensure delivery of a sustainable, consistent employee experience that is aligned with the HR strategy and employee value proposition. Escalate feedback to People Services teams, as needed.
  • Understand business requests and strategize on the execution of these solutions with other HR leaders, as needed, to determine the best solution and course of action.
  • Continuously monitor performance of HR programs locally and be the voice of business with COEs providing real-time feedback, when needed. Effectively articulate business requirements/needs to services and COE teams.
  • Participate in various HR projects in recruiting, performance management, playbook development, programs and policies development and implementation, etc.
  • Proactively leverage data and dashboards to assess trends, identify issues, themes, and framing of data-driven solutions for client groups supported.
  • Acts as the local “face of HR” for locations with large employee populations, providing feedback and input when necessary and escalating issues, as needed.
  • Leverage technology and defined process to deliver services globally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
