Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for an experienced HR Partner to join an established and growing organisation in Lincolnshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, building relationships, coaching managers, solving real people challenges, and becoming a trusted presence within an operational environment.
The business is looking for approximately 30 hours per week and is open to discussing how those hours could work for the right person. This could be three longer days or shorter hours across four to five days.
The Role
As HR Partner, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day People support for the site, working closely with managers and employees while being supported by an established wider People team.
You'll be highly visible within the business and become the person managers turn to for practical, confident, and commercially sensible HR advice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
