We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised HR & Payroll Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis within our People team at our Banbury site.

Duties
As an HR & Payroll Administrator, your duties will include:
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers
- Maintaining accurate HR and payroll records and systems
- Supporting payroll preparation, checks and reconciliations
- Responding to routine HR and payroll queries
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and other employee documentation
- Coordinating new starter onboarding and pre-employment checks
- Supporting absence, holiday, benefits and recruitment administration
- Producing HR and payroll reports and supporting audits
- Working closely with Finance, managers and external providers
- Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
Requirements
What we are looking for in our ideal HR & Payroll Administrator:
- GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- A team-focused, proactive approach with a willingness to learn HR and payroll processes and legislation
