Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a varied role that also offers exposure to HR?
We are seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team, providing accurate payroll processing across the Group while supporting a wide range of HR administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage two payrolls using Moorepay.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory payments, HMRC submissions and pension contributions.
- Produce payroll reports and respond to employee payroll queries.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and employee record management.
- Assist with HR projects and provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.

About You
- Minimum 5 years' payroll processing experience.
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Experience with payroll systems, ideally Moorepay.
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, organised and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
