We are committed to creating a future where adversity does not limit the aspirations of children.
PGS Educators is an education and mentoring organisation committed to improving outcomes for young people through high-quality intervention programmes, mentoring and personal development.
Working across primary, secondary and specialist provisions, we partner with schools and organisations to deliver meaningful educational experiences that inspire confidence, develop resilience and create lasting impact for young people.
Since founding in January 2025, PGS Educators has worked with 13 primary, secondary and specialist educational settings, including schools within the Charter Schools Educational Trust, Dunraven Educational Trust and Lift Schools, as well as Sacred Heart School and Lilian Baylis Technology School. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
