The Role
As an HR People Ops on the People Operations team, you will be central to shaping and maintaining our HR function across multiple countries. You will ensure new joiners are seamlessly onboarded and that all employee matters—from contracts to compliance—are managed with accuracy and care. Your focus will span day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, and safeguarding legal compliance in France, the UK, and the US. This is a hands-on position where you work alongside managers, external partners, and multiple internal teams to keep the employee experience running smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Do
- Oversee onboarding for new joiners, coordinating HR systems, IT setup, and office arrangements
- Formalize and manage all employee contractual documentation and processes throughout the employment lifecycle
- Maintain and update HR records, policies, and employee handbooks as regulations and company practices evolve
- Process payroll and collaborate with providers to ensure timely and accurate payments in France, the UK, and the US
- Handle immigration requests, work permits, and related documentation
- Manage day-to-day HR inquiries, employee benefits administration, and time off policies
- Ensure adherence to local employment laws, conduct compliance audits, and mitigate organizational risk
- Lead process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Finance and Talent Acquisition
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, especially managing international employee populations
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR policy, with expertise in French, UK, and US regulations
- Direct experience with payroll administration and benefits management across different regions
- Ability to resolve employee relations matters, guide teams, and provide accurate HR support
- Skilled at streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency and maintain compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll technology platforms
- Excellent communication, analytic, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on approach, high level of ownership, and a builder's mindset
