The company is a leader in its field and is an Insurance business with an excellent reputation both in the UK and abroad.
The Role
This role is an opportunity for a HR consultant who has experience in organisation design and project delivery to join the People team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is to work as part of the journey to drive the People strategy and agenda by coaching and challenging business leaders in their thinking and ways of working. This is a great opportunity for an OD Project Consultant looking for their next step, to facilitate effective organisation designs and the successful delivery of projects that support, and drive transformation set out in strategic People plans.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data to identify issues, provide advice, and work with the team to develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions.
- Use your experience of organisation design and project management to solve business problems and add commercial value.
- The scope of projects range from organisational design review and restructures, culture, TUPE etc.

- Work alongside Strategic People Partners, People Transformation team and business stakeholders to scope, design and manage project delivery.
- Support, design and deliver effective organisation designs that add value to the business, our colleagues and customers.
- Responsible for effective project controls and procedures within given initiatives.
- Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships across the organisation, produce and deliver presentation packs and business cases for key stakeholders to support projects.
- Provide regular feedback on progress, milestones and blockers for the Strategic Partners, People Transformation team and key stakeholders so they're fully engaged in outcomes and progression of projects.
- Deliver project communications such as training Managers on delivery of communications for change related initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency of messaging.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on organisation design, people policies, processes and procedures relating to project delivery.
- Analyse and utilise HR MI to provide data driven solutions and strategies.

What you'll bring:
- Excellent knowledge and working experience of managing change or transformation projects specifically in organisation design.
- Familiar with project management methodologies, prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in working with data together with the ability to analyse information, identify trends, link findings to business priorities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills is essential.
- Well organised, pragmatic and calm in time pressured situations.
- Ability to influence managers at a senior level and employees at all levels.
- Proficient in handling sensitive situations while ensuring confidentiality.
