We are an anti-bullying, anti-violence charity registered in the England and Wales and Italy. We are looking for an HR Policy professional with a minimum of 10 years experience to volunteer for our England and Wales branch.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for professionals to lead our Policy team and help us with charity policies and governance.
- You will lead a team of policy volunteer and Trainee officers volunteers.
- You will lead the creation and review of policies for We Are Stronger charity, understanding law, regulation, filling gaps and mitigating risks.
- You'll provide HR advice and support across the organisation, leading on HR projects and striving for continuous improvements in HR practices.

This is a leadership role within the organisation with a varied and interesting workload, so you'll need to be willing and capable of taking ownership and working independently and in team by leading by example.
As well as the day-to-day work, there are often numerous projects underway at any one time.
