At DHL our business is logistics, but people are our passion. With over 500,000 team members in 220 countries, we attract and retain great talent. We are one of the most innovative, most culturally diverse companies on the planet. We provide unmatched opportunities for personal and professional development. We really are a “Best Place to Work”.
The Global Recruiting & Onboarding Process Tower Expert plays a key role in shaping, governing, and continuously improving DHL Supply Chain's recruitment and onboarding processes on a global scale. This is not an operational recruitment role; instead, it is focused on the design, optimisation, and standardisation of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Combining process expertise, systems knowledge, data analysis, and digital capability, the role drives process excellence through continuous improvement, automation, governance, and user adoption initiatives. Working closely with HR teams, IT, product owners, and external vendors, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to enhance ways of working, maximise technology investment, and deliver consistent, technology-enabled recruitment and onboarding experiences across the global business. Through a strong focus on process management rather than direct hiring activity, the role helps create sustainable, future-ready solutions that support organisational growth and operational efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
