HR Process & Transformation Manager – VP

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 2–3 days per week onsite

Contract: 12 months, with potential extension

Rate: £400–£700 per day via Umbrella

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Process & Transformation Manager to join a major global HR transformation programme.

The role will support the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Services Management (ESM) and Workzone, helping to create consistent, efficient HR processes and employee experiences across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and future-state HR process design.
  • Facilitate workshops with HR, Technology, Operations and global stakeholders.
  • Support the design and implementation of SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to standardise and simplify HR service delivery processes.
  • Produce process maps, business requirements, employee journeys and design documentation.
  • Partner with implementation vendors and challenge proposed solutions where required.
  • Support testing, UAT, change control and successful solution deployment.
  • Build consensus across stakeholders in EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
  • HR Shared Services / HR service delivery experience.
  • Experience delivering large-scale, global HR transformation programmes.
  • Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Financial services or regulated-environment experience would be advantageous.
