ROLE SUMMARY
The HR Program Manager is accountable for the end-to-end HR domain deployment outcomes for ADP’s Global HCM solution across all in-scope countries. The role sits within the Program Management Stream and leads integrated HR rollout planning, governance, dependency orchestration, and cross-country execution in close partnership with Country Project Managers and domain Solution Designers. The role owns HR rollout outcomes across all HR-related workstreams — including Core HR, Leave and Absence, Benefits, Talent (Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning and Learning), Recruitment, HR data, HR readiness, HR testing, HR cutover, and Autopay Payroll deployment for the US and Canada (embedded within Lyric). The HR Program Manager ensures that all HR deployments follow both the Global HR Blueprint (owned by the HR Solution Designer) and the Global Solution Design (owned by the Global Solution Designer), safeguarding end-to-end design integrity across domains.

- Ensure all country implementations adhere to both the Global HR Blueprint and the Global Solution Design.
- Drive consistent execution of HR deployment standards, templates, entry/exit criteria, and global methodology.
- Ensure convergence of HR process, HR data, testing, training, change, and Autopay dependencies to deliver stable HR go-lives.
- Oversee HR domain readiness and escalate risks early with clear mitigation actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
