Your mission:
- Deliver engaging, interactive, hands-on learning
- Champion apprentice success from start to finish
- Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Lead innovation in HR apprenticeship delivery

Who we’re looking for:
You’re not just experienced—you’re inspiring.
- Passionate about developing others
- A credible HR professional (CIPD Level 6+)
- Confident communicator who builds connections effortlessly
- Creative and adaptable in your teaching style
- Organised, resilient, and ready to make things happen
The essentials:
- CIPD Level 6 (or higher) + 5+ years HR experience
- Delivery/assessment experience (a bonus!)
- English & Maths Level 2 (or willingness to gain)
