HR Programme Manager - Equity & Organisational Design

Location: Flexible across the UK or Europe - Remote
Contract: Fixed Term - 12 months, with flexibility depending on project delivery and organisational priorities
Salary: £75k - £80k

I am looking for an experienced HR Programme Manager to join a reputable organisation on a 12-month fixed-term basis and lead a portfolio of high-profile, strategic people initiatives.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact across Reward, Organisation Design and HR transformation, working closely with senior HR, Finance and Commercial leaders to create scalable, transparent and future-ready people frameworks.

Your work will span equity and sales incentive design, job architecture and grading, organisation design, and pay transparency, helping to ensure our people practices support both business growth and evolving regulatory requirements across Europe and the UK.

What you'll be responsible for

Equity & Sales Incentive Design

  • Lead the design and implementation of an equity programme aligned to key strategic priorities, particularly across our Commercial organisation.
  • Develop a unified sales incentive framework across Injectables and Energy-Based Devices (EBD), bringing greater consistency across regions and countries.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial leadership to define performance measures, payout mechanisms and governance structures.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, harmonise and improve existing incentive arrangements.

Job Architecture, Grading & Organisation Design

  • Review existing roles, organisational structures and layers across functions and geographies.
  • Develop a clear, scalable job family and grading architecture that supports consistency and career progression.
  • Establish transparent career pathways and progression frameworks.
  • Design organisational structures that support our evolving operating model.
  • Develop practical tools, principles and documentation to support ongoing job evaluation and organisational design decisions.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex organisational challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
