Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Programme Manager to lead a key workstream within a broader HR Transformation programme for one of our clients. Reporting to senior HR leadership and client sponsors, you will own end-to-end delivery of a project to review the client's HR processes, selecting a targeted subset for optimisation, reviewing the enabling technology and overseeing the redesign of the underlying HR shared services model.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that combines strategic programme oversight with detailed delivery execution. You will operate across a mixed on-site and remote team, balancing strategic direction with day-to-day delivery, while ensuring governance, quality, and value delivery across the project lifecycle.
