About Us
If you’re naturally curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve how work gets done, this is your chance to make a real impact from day one.
Condatis is a digital identity and access management specialist based in Edinburgh. We build bespoke Microsoft Entra solutions that help organisations enhance security, streamline user experiences, and build trusted digital ecosystems.
We’re a friendly, ambitious team that is scaling quickly — and we genuinely mean it when we say we give our people space to contribute, grow, and make a real impact.
The Role
We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented HR Project Assistant to work closely with our HR Manager and help us build a rock-solid foundation for our people processes. This is a part-time role (4 days a week) on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract — with real potential to extend for the right person.
This role would suit someone with experience in HR administration, or business administration who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to complex information.
You’ll be diving into our HR documentation — tidying it up, version-controlling it, and making sure everything is consistent and easy to find. You’ll also support our Sage HR system, keeping data accurate and helping us map and document workflows. If you enjoy working independently, spotting improvement opportunities, and crossing things off a well-organised to-do list, you’ll love this role!
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
