About Us

At Lindner Prater, we are one of the UK's leading specialist building envelope contractors, delivering innovative façade and envelope solutions on some of the country's most prestigious construction projects.

About the Role

As we continue to develop our People Strategy, we're looking for an experienced HR professional to help drive key HR projects and improvements across the business. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a six-month fixed-term opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering projects, improving processes, and making a tangible impact. You'll take ownership of a range of HR initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the business and external specialists to deliver practical, lasting improvements.

Your Profile

You'll be an experienced HR professional with a broad generalist background and a proven track record of delivering HR projects from concept through to implementation.

  • Experience leading HR projects, process improvements, or organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is not a traditional operational HR role. You won't be managing day-to-day employee relations casework; instead, you'll focus on delivering projects that strengthen our people practices and support the business's continued growth.

If you're someone who enjoys coming into an organisation, taking ownership of projects, and leaving a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Challenges

  • Leading the delivery of key HR projects, including the implementation of a company-wide competency framework.
  • Working with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver organisational development initiatives.
  • Supporting learning and development and wider people initiatives.
  • Reviewing and improving HR processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Supporting recruitment activity and helping enhance the candidate experience.
  • Using HR data and insight to identify opportunities and support business decision-making.
  • Delivering additional HR improvement projects as business priorities evolve.
