About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team on an initial 3 to 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual who can seamlessly integrate into our organization and contribute to key people projects and employee relations initiatives. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to demonstrate their HR expertise in a dynamic environment and make a tangible impact within the company.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent, along with proven experience in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of employment legislation, employee engagement strategies, and HR best practices is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with various stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, and the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Prior experience supporting HR projects and working in fast-paced environments will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Supporting employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports, and providing guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and best practices.
- Contributing to organizational development projects, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Supporting management in talent management and succession planning efforts.
