About the Role
We are working with a growing international organisation seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Projects Officer on a 12 months contract to join its Corporate Services team.
London based - hybrid working 4 or 3 days in office a week
£350 - £520 per day
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting business transformation initiatives, and contributing to the successful implementation of strategic HR and corporate services projects.
The successful candidate will work across multiple business functions, helping to strengthen governance, improve processes, and support organisational growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate corporate services activities across the organisation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and governance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for procurement-related activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of a group-wide HR system, including requirements gathering, project coordination, testing, and change management activities.
- Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of corporate services initiatives and strategic projects.
- Monitor project progress, manage stakeholder communications, and support the resolution of operational issues.

About You
You are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across different business functions and managing multiple priorities. You have strong organisational skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in Corporate Services, PMO, Business Transformation, HR Projects, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience supporting business system or HR system implementation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of process improvement, policy development, and operational governance.
- Excellent project coordination and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working within international or matrix organisations would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian and/or Indonesian business environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
