Role Description

The HR Recruiter Cum EA role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Town. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including:

The individual will:

  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Communicate with applicants
  • Ensure a professional and inclusive recruitment experience

As Executive Assistant, the role will also include:

  • Calendar management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangements
  • Document preparation
  • Day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership

The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to align hiring needs with business goals while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop clear and accurate job descriptions and role specifications (Job Description Development).
  • Experience managing the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, and offer coordination (Hiring, Recruiting).
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with candidates, stakeholders, and leadership (Communication).
  • Competence in conducting structured and fair interviews and assessments (Interviewing).
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR/recruitment platforms (e.g., job portals, ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion in handling sensitive information, and a collaborative working style.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or executive assistance is an advantage.
