We are looking for someone to join the team within our HR Department at Nova Training in our Willenhall office. You will be used to working in a busy team environment and be able to move smoothly around various projects, assisting with all administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Administer all aspects of the day to day accounts functions for Nova and its divisions accurately and effectively ensuring that all deadlines are achieved.
  • Answering incoming calls and managing general office communications.
  • General administration.
  • Assisting the recruitment team to screen CV's of job applicants.
  • Liaise with managers and candidates to arrange interviews.
  • Undertake general administration tasks for the HR and Recruitment team.
  • Respond to reference requests for former or current employees.
  • Process the driving at work checks for employees.
  • Administer the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assist with maintaining information and ensuring data is entered accurately into the HR computerised system.
  • Produce reports from the HR system as requested.
  • Deal with ad hoc enquiries/telephone queries and general HR related queries and requests, escalating more complex issues to the HR Manager.
  • Provide day-to-day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Comply with data protection regulations.
