Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Slough, with a mix of office and work-from-home days. The HR, Recruitment & Compliance Administrator will support end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job adverts, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding documentation. The role will assist with day-to-day HR administration such as maintaining employee records, preparing contracts and variations, updating HR systems, and responding to routine employee queries. The administrator will help monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, employment legislation, right-to-work checks, and client contract requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness. Typical duties also include producing reports and tracking HR and recruitment metrics, coordinating training and induction activities, and collaborating closely with managers and the wider operations team to support a positive, compliant working environment.

- Experience in HR administration, including maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and supporting onboarding and induction processes.
- Recruitment coordination skills, such as writing job adverts, screening candidates, organizing interviews, and liaising with hiring managers and agencies.
- Knowledge of compliance and employment law basics, including right-to-work checks, data protection, health and safety awareness, and adherence to company policies and client requirements.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Competence in using HR or recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and tracking.
- Previous experience in facilities, cleaning, or service-based industries is an advantage, as is experience in a multi-site or field-based workforce environment.
- Relevant HR or administration qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 3 or equivalent practical experience) would be beneficial.
