Position: People Support Administrator
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum + 10% quarterly bonuses
Hours: Full time
Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit a People Support Administrator professional to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and people-focused individual to play a key role in supporting HR processes, onboarding, recruitment coordination, payroll administration, and employee engagement within a rewarding care environment.

Responsibilities as a People Support Administrator:
- Manage onboarding processes, ensuring employee records & compliance documentation
- Support payroll administration, workforce systems, rota processes, and reporting.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, employee relations administration, training support, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Requirements as a People Support Administrator:
- Minimum 2 years administration experience, ideally within HR, recruitment, training, or a people-focused environment.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards) (desirable)
