Your Role

We’re looking for a passionate, organised and people-focused HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at SUSHISAMBA Group!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career across both HR and Recruitment. You’ll play an important role in supporting our teams across the UK, helping to create a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

As the HR & Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact for our people, helping to deliver an efficient, welcoming and supportive HR service. You’ll bring a proactive approach, a great eye for detail and the confidence to manage a varied workload.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function, including processing, organising and maintaining HR documents such as employment verifications, CVs, starter and leaver forms, benefits enrolments and other employee records.
  • Preparing, issuing and managing employee lifecycle documentation, including onboarding paperwork, contracts, tronc letters, termination forms and status change forms.
  • Keeping our teams connected by collating and communicating Company announcements, including birthdays, new starters and promotions.
  • Ensuring all right-to-work documentation and data is accurate, up to date and compliant.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager with end-to-end recruitment across junior-level roles and our UK locations, helping us attract great people and deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Conducting initial telephone screening calls to assess candidate suitability, experience and availability.
  • Providing HR and employee relations support where required, including assisting with investigations, letters of concern, disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinating exit interview data requests and conducting in-person exit interviews where required, helping us understand and improve the employee experience.
  • Overseeing our Employee of the Month programme, ensuring our team's hard work and achievements are recognised.
  • Verifying and maintaining supporting documentation for payroll and payroll-related transactions, ensuring information is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
