Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting 3t in the appointment of an HR & Recruitment Lead to join their growing HR team. This is an opportunity to join an international business operating in a specialist and fast-moving sector, with the scope to take ownership of a broad HR remit and make a visible impact across the organisation.

3t is a leading provider of training services and learning technology solutions, delivering safety-critical training across energy, renewables, power, marine, construction, gas, electric and water sectors. Training more than 200,000 delegates each year, 3t is the number one provider of training to the UK Energy Sector and the Global Offshore Wind market, with operations spanning the UK, Americas and Middle East and a team representing 17 nationalities across 60 countries.

This is a broad, hands-on HR role where you’ll work closely with managers across the business, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, payroll, learning and development and organisational change. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, helping to deliver a consistent and effective HR service while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

The Role Will Include

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across the business
  • Providing first-line HR advice and supporting employee relations cases
  • Overseeing payroll administration, HR systems and people reporting
  • Supporting organisational change, performance and annual HR cycles
  • Delivering management training across key HR and people topics
  • Supporting learning, development and employee engagement initiatives
  • Leading and improving HR processes and administration

We’re looking for an experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations and recruitment experience, alongside a good understanding of UK employment legislation. You’ll be confident advising and influencing managers, comfortable working across a varied workload and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is essential.

Experience of a multi-site, international or private equity-backed environment would be advantageous.
