A successful firm is seeking an experienced standalone HR & Recruitment Manager to join the team located near North London. Please note, this is a part-time position of 14 hours per week, across 2-days, and is also an office-based position.
Role Overview
In this standalone position, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision for the organisation. Working closely with the Managing Director you will advise on best practice and employment law as well as owning the appraisal frameworks, reviewing policies and executing initiatives arising from the strategy. Additionally, you will manage employee relations and own all recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers and participate in interviews.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people strategy and vision for the organisation
- Advise on best practice and employment law
- Own appraisal frameworks and review policies
- Execute initiatives arising from the strategy
- Manage employee relations
- Oversee all recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and participating in interviews

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Capable, generalist hands-on HR Manager with experience working both strategically and in a hands-on capacity
- Strong commercial and people-focused background
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement across the full HR scope
- CIPD qualification is advantageous
