Kingspan HR & Recruitment Officer

Kingspan are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join our HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Role Overview

Reporting to the HR Manager UK & Ireland, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, compliant, and commercially focused HR service across our operations. The successful candidate will lead recruitment activities across the UK and Ireland, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality talent while also supporting employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce planning initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong recruitment background who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland.
  • Partner with managers to identify workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans.
  • Manage advertising campaigns, recruitment agencies, job boards, careers events, and social media recruitment initiatives.
  • Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate selection processes.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for operational, technical, and specialist positions.
  • Deliver a positive onboarding experience for new starters.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Support employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance processes.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, reporting requirements, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and continuous improvement projects.

About You

Essential

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent).
  • Previous HR experience with significant recruitment responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations across the UK and Ireland.
