HR Relationships Manager
Location: London, Holborn
Duration: 4-month project

A new Leadership Development Academy has launched.
Now they need more of the HR world to know about it.
We’re looking for an HR Relationships Manager to spend the next four months building awareness, growing the network and starting conversations with HR, Talent and L&D people across London.
It’s an interesting mix.
- Part networking.
- Part community building.
- Part outreach.
- Part marketing.
- With a commercial edge.
LinkedIn will be a big part of it.
You’ll be finding the right people, joining relevant conversations, sharing content, making introductions, building relationships and generally finding ways to get the Academy in front of more of the HR community.

The Academy is focused on leadership development, with opportunities to grow into areas such as team development and early careers assessment and development.
You don’t need to be an expert in all of that.
You just need to be interested enough to learn it and credible enough to talk about it.
It’s initially a four-month, full-time project based in Holborn, with the potential for something longer term if it works.
A bit different.
But potentially a very cool way to spend four months.
