Due to our continued growth in the UK, we are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic HR and Resourcing Advisor to be part of our Human Resources Team at our UK Branch Office in Keele, ST5 5NT. You will provide expert recruitment / resourcing and operational HR support, act as a coach and advisor, and champion a people-centric approach within a dynamic and evolving environment, contributing to the development of existing and new projects in the UK.

Your Role In Our Team
- Coaching and developing managers and instilling best practice through proactive recruitment and onboarding support, ensuring recruitment excellence is maintained. Manage all administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including maintenance of accurate records through HRIS (SAP Success Factors) and generating relevant reports
- Source and screen candidates for skills, knowledge and experience utilizing a number of resourcing tools
- Supporting the delivery of relevant recruitment initiatives and projects
- Guiding and influencing managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice in a prompt, reliable and consistent manner
- Analyse and interpret HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making and support workforce planning. Utilise analytical skills and emotional intelligence to provide specialist advice and innovative solutions
- Provide HR project support to existing and new projects across the UK

This role requires working across multiple UK sites, building key relationships with senior leadership teams, and providing operational direction on HR activities, therefore the ability to travel both nationally and internationally is essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- CIPD Level 5 qualification and professional experience as a Human Resources Advisor / Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Familiar with sourcing and screening candidates, and experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards to identify talent pipelines
- Sharp analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements
- Excellent communication and people skills at all levels, able to influence and communicate effectively cross-functionally. Effective relationship building and influencing skills, ability to quickly establish and maintain trust and credibility
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and project activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems including inputting and extracting data/reports
