Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're recruiting for a HR Service Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team in Hoddesdon and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the business. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Role Overview
Deliver a high-quality HR transactional service across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an excellent experience for employees and managers.
- Provide first-line HR guidance and support, resolving queries in line with policies and service level agreements.
- Process HR documentation including offer letters, contract amendments, and employee record updates.
- Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to reporting and management information.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide outstanding customer service.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Service Centre.
- Develop knowledge across multiple HR processes to contribute to a flexible and resilient team.
- Assist with wider HR Service Centre activities and projects as required.

We're looking for an individual who is organised with strong attention to detail, customer-focused, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

- Experience in a customer service, shared services, or contact centre environment.
- Strong communication skills with experience supporting customers by phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and HR or business systems such as iTrent and ServiceNow.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong administrative capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- GCSE English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent, and equivalent experience demonstrating strong written communication skills.
