£36,000 pro-rata
Part time – 32 hours per week

We offer hybrid working, with an expectation of around 2–3 days per week in the office. Flexibility is required to attend in-person meetings and deliver new starter inductions when needed.

We’re currently recruiting for a HR Services Advisor to join our People Team.

What you’ll achieve in the role

The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an engaging employee experience by providing high-quality support to employees and managers whilst coordinating operational processes across our employee journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To provide high-quality first-line support to employees and managers across the employee journey, ensuring timely resolution of policy, procedure, and system-related queries.
  • To coordinate our employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and onboarding, contractual changes, learning & development, and leavers, within required timelines.
  • To manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • To manage our HR systems and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR retention schedule, audit readiness, and data integrity.

What you’ll bring to Raven

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of administering operational HR processes and procedures.
  • Experience of HR analytics and reporting (e.g. sickness absence and voluntary turnover) including use of Excel and producing reports from an HR database.
  • Sound knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll management, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across different levels of the organisation, polite and assertive.
  • Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
  • An eye for detail and spotting where we can make improvements to our procedures.
