Hays are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Liverpool centre, that provides essential shared services support to a large global workforce and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and service excellence are highly valued. Due to increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Shared Services Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for 3 months minimum. (4 days on-site, one day from home).
Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of People Services & Transformation and working as part of a supportive HR operations team, you will play a key role in delivering transactional HR support across an international employee population.
This role would suit an organised HR professional who enjoys process-driven work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable managing high volumes of administrative activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing employee life cycle transactions within the HR system
- Supporting onboarding activities and issuing contractual documentation
- Producing offer letters, employment amendments and termination documentation
- Managing employee transfers and changes across various business areas
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity
- Responding to HR-related queries and supporting managers and employees with transactional processes
- Supporting the wider People Services team with HR administration and operational activities
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across multiple regions

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience within an HR Shared Services, HR Administration or HR Operations environment
- Experience processing a high volume of employee life cycle transactions
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with HRIS/HCM systems
- The ability to manage repetitive processes accurately whilst maintaining high service standards
- Experience supporting international HR operations would be highly advantageous
