HR Services are looking for a Senior Assistant (U2) to support our senior level recruitment, onboarding and regulatory processes. As a member of our specialist Partner Support Services team, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the experience of our Partners across the firm. You will work with stakeholders across Resourcing, Risk, wider HR and external vendors to manage regulatory activities and answer complex queries.

Partner Support Services is a specialist team within our HR Services function with responsibilities covering a range of services and administrative processes linked to partner policies and business activities.
Your role will involve supporting Partners and the business with activities such as Onboarding, Leavers and everything in between. The customer is at the heart of everything we do with us aiming to support them with queries, life events and regulatory requirements. We support strategic initiatives through reporting and collaboration with other areas of the business as well as a strong approach to CSI and improving the effectiveness of how we work.
The complexities involved demand a high level of real-time responsiveness and cultural understanding often best achieved through regular telephone interaction. The reliance on immediate communication channels, including telephone calls, Microsoft Teams, email, and Avature, necessitates a deep understanding of local business etiquette and communication norms.
The Partner community are an integral, high profile customer group and require a bespoke, specialised service which require us to go above and beyond and to be prepared for a variety of queries, challenges and opportunities. Be prepared to tap into your analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mind and don’t be afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo. Confident in supporting our customer base through a multi-channel functionality – you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by:
- Supporting Assistant Managers and the wider Partner Support Services (PSS) team with Partner queries and escalations, applying judgement to understand underlying issues and identify appropriate next steps.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to proactively implement solutions and service enhancements, escalating matters appropriately where additional input or decision-making is required.
- Providing high-quality administrative support across key Partner lifecycle activities, including onboarding, leavers and planned absence processes.
- Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for a range of stakeholders, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and aligned to business requirements.
- Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services colleagues and wider Deloitte teams, providing cross-team support where required.
- Managing stakeholder cases end to end, taking ownership from initial enquiry through to resolution and ensuring clear communication throughout.
- Promoting effective cross-team collaboration to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
- Escalating complex queries promptly and effectively, taking accountability for keeping stakeholders informed on progress, outcomes and resolution.
- Supporting and driving continuous service improvement initiatives, including active participation in strategic pillar workshops and wider HRS networking activities.
- Championing team wellbeing, development and effective ways of working by role-modelling the right behaviours and supporting a positive team culture.

Connect to your skills and professional experience
- Proven experience in a demanding, fast-paced administrative role, ideally within professional services or a similar corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating the highest level of professionalism.
- The ability to engage and interact with executive level stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with ServiceNow, applicant tracking systems (Avature), Issue, Query, and Request Management (IQRM) is highly desirable (but not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach with a willingness to take initiative.
